Refund Policy

While we believe that once you’ve used CommandUI for five minutes, there’s no going back—work just isn’t the same without it—we understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit, or unique circumstances arise. No hard feelings! If you need a refund, we’re here to help, no questions asked.

We offer a no-questions-asked, no-strings-attached refund policy within 14 days of your original purchase. If you’re unsatisfied for any reason, simply contact us at [email protected] to request your refund.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Processing Time: We will process your refund as soon as we’re able. If you have questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out, although no explanation is required to receive a refund.
    We may ask why you’re requesting a refund or what we could do better, but you are under no obligation to answer, and your response (or lack thereof) will not affect your refund eligibility.
  • Eligibility:
    • Refunds are available within 14 days from the date of your first purchase. After 14 days, no refunds will be processed.
    • Refund requests must be submitted from the email address used to purchase the license, sent directly to [email protected].
    • The purchase must be verifiable through our billing system, managed exclusively via Stripe. If the purchase cannot be confirmed in Stripe, a refund will not be issued.
    • You must not have violated the CommandUI End-User License Agreement (EULA) before requesting a refund.
  • Single Refund Policy: Refund eligibility is based on the initial purchase date. If you have previously received a refund and repurchase the product, the 14-day limit remains based on the original purchase date.
  • EULA Termination: A refund will automatically terminate your End-User License Agreement (EULA) for CommandUI. All access to the Software will be revoked as per the EULA, and you must immediately cease using the product.
  • Subscription Payments: Subscription payments for renewals are non-refundable. We send reminders about upcoming renewals, expiring payment cards, and failed payments. To avoid renewal charges, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
  • Modifications to the Refund Policy: We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version of the policy will be posted on our website.

Disputing a Charge:

Customers occasionally dispute a charge, especially with annual subscriptions; team turnover or oversight can mean that an infrequent charge goes unrecognized. Generally, we don’t fight disputes; the charge will be refunded, and the associated subscription will be terminated immediately.

If a customer wishes to regain access following a dispute, they must acknowledge their error, cover any fees associated with the dispute, and re-purchase CommandUI at the current price.
